Meet Stephen Didoshak: IFBB Pro. Stephen entered his first bodybuilding show in 2010, winning the Middleweight division. From the start, he displayed a physique that everyone knew had incredible potential. He had found something he loved and knew he was very good at it.
Stephen battled hard for many years, climbing the ranks to earn his IFBB Pro Status. Finally, at the 2021 Toronto Pro/Am Qualifier, he captured the victory he was after and won his Pro card in dominating fashion. He jumped right into the Pro class the following day, taking 4th at his debut.

During his ascent through the ranks, Stephen didn’t have the luxury of focusing solely on his bodybuilding dreams. He juggled multiple jobs, from working as a doorman to getting his hands dirty in construction, all while passionately coaching clients. His relentless work ethic and commitment to structured training became his hallmark, propelling him to outstanding achievements.
